In Sweden it is fairly easy to travel being intolerant/allergic to different kinds of foods. You will find glutenfree and dairy free products in bigger supermarkets. You will also be able to find products in the pharmacies but unfortunately they are more expensive and do not carry a large stock of glutenfree, dairyfree products.
We do not have any lists of restaurants and/or cafés that serve glutenfree or dairyfree meals but we suggest that you contact the local organization in the province you are travelling to, in order to get more specific information.

Swedish Society for Coeliacs
The Swedish Society for Coeliacs have members that are coeliacs but also members who are allergic to other foodstuffs such as milkprotein, soyprotein and lactose.
